Goldberg Segalla added Michelle Cappuccio to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality practice group in Princeton.

Michelle is an experienced trial attorney who focuses her practice on premises liability, dram shop, and other complex liability matters. She represents retail and hospitality businesses and property owners in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, handling litigation from inception through appeal. Michelle has also handled matters before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. In addition to premises and hospitality-related claims, Michelle’s experience also includes products liability, toxic tort, professional liability, trucking and transportation defense, property coverage, and debt recovery matters.

Michelle earned her B.A. from The Catholic University of America and her J.D. from The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law.
