Goldberg Segalla added Nicholas J. Davis to the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice group in Greensboro.

Nick devotes his practice to counseling and defending insurers in coverage litigation related to a variety of policies. He began his career at a law firm in Louisville, Kentucky, where he primarily defended physicians and health care facilities against medical malpractice claims. He also gained significant experience defending premises liability, legal malpractice, general casualty, auto negligence, and workers’ compensation claims, as well as real estate disputes. Nick participated in motion practice, drafted pleadings and written discovery, consulted with experts, covered lay and expert witness depositions, and served as the second chair for trials.

Nick completed his undergraduate studies and law school at the University of Kentucky. During law school, he served on the Kentucky Law Journal and the Moot Court Board. He completed an internship with the Franklin County Circuit Court and worked as a summer associate with the same firm he began his career with after law school.
