Goldberg Segalla added Nicole B. Croce to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Los Angeles.

Nicole represents clients in personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, and other civil matters, with an emphasis on advocating for clients in the retail and hospitality industries. She is engaged in all stages of litigation from defense strategy to resolution, including managing discovery, developing motions, trial briefs, attending court hearings, and arguing motions to compel arbitration. Nicole draws on experience representing automobile manufacturers in consumer warranty litigation, managing more than 50 cases from initial filing through settlement. While serving as a certified law clerk in the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office, Nicole gained valuable trial experience, conducting preliminary hearings that resulted in defendants being held to answer and appearing in court for oral arguments.

Nicole earned her B.A. from San Francisco State University and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
