Goldberg Segalla added Olivia Jobe to the firm’s Transportation practice group in Albany.

Olivia provides legal counsel and representation in a wide range of civil litigation matters with a specific focus on the legal needs of transportation and logistics businesses. She is engaged in all phases of the litigation process, from discovery through pre-trial motions, mediation, trials and appeals.

Olivia’s scope of experience has included supporting municipalities, developers, and renewable energy companies with regulatory compliance and environmental impact assessments. She has worked on environmental, municipal land use, commercial development, and real estate matters. Olivia is particularly interested in the intersection of transportation and environmental law, with a focus on how transportation infrastructure and logistics businesses can adapt to regulatory requirements, promote sustainability, and mitigate environmental impact.

Olivia earned her B.A. from SUNY University at Albany and her J.D. from the Albany Law School of Union University.
