Goldberg Segalla added Polly N. Tran to the firm’s Transportation group in Orange County.

Polly counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters with a particular focus on general liability, trucking and transportation matters. She works closely with clients from the inception of litigation through settlement negotiation and trial preparation, taking and defending depositions, engaging in proactive law and motion work, and representing clients in alternative dispute resolution forums. Polly has successfully mediated general liability claims to favorable settlements on behalf of her clients and insurers. Her experience also includes litigation and contract work in labor and employment, premises liability, and consumer protection law.

Polly earned her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and her juris doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
