Goldberg Segalla added Ranjani Sarode to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Philadelphia.
Ranjani counsels and defends clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, product liability, professional liability, civil rights claims, and insurance coverage matters. She handles all aspects of litigation, including preparing cases for filing, drafting motions, pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediation.
Before joining private practice, Ranjani was a law clerk for the Hon. Karen Shreeves-Johns in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Civil Trial Division, where she reviewed and provided recommendations on pretrial motions and conducted legal research on a diverse array of civil litigation matters.
Ranjani earned a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, a M.S. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, and her J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
