Goldberg Segalla added Rebecca M. Edwards to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Albany.

Rebecca focuses her practice on counseling and defending clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including product liability, personal injury, professional liability, insurance defense, environmental and toxic torts. She handles litigation from inception through trial or settlement, including discovery and investigation, depositions and court appearances, drafting motions and pleadings, and representing clients in dispute resolution, hearings and trials. Rebecca draws on her experience practicing family and matrimonial law, criminal law, immigration law, labor and employment law, and contract law.

Rebecca earned her B.A. from Boston University and her J.D. from the William S. Richardson School of Law at University of Hawai’i Manoa.
