Goldberg Segalla added Samuel L. Newman to the firm’s Construction Litigation and Counsel and the Commercial Litigation and Arbitration groups in Buffalo.

Sam focuses his practice on counseling and defending contractors and subcontractors, homeowners’ associations, insurers, and other corporate entities in a range of liability claims, including construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, and property damage, in addition to business and contractual disputes. Drawing on his experience in general litigation, appellate strategy and tax certiorari matters, Sam partners with clients by understanding the challenges they face and offering the strategic counsel that best suits their objectives.

Sam earned his B.S. from Binghamton University and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
