Goldberg Segalla added Scarlett M. Corso to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Baltimore.

Scarlett is a skilled litigator with experience arguing cases in state and federal courts. She counsels and defends a wide range of clients in the retail and hospitality industries, including regional and national retailers, owners and developers of shopping centers, hotels and resorts, and restaurants. Her civil litigation experience includes liability defense in the areas of premise and transportation. Scarlett has also represented clients in liability insurance subrogation matters in property-damage claims, focusing on incidents involving electrical, fire and water damage. Experienced in all aspects of litigation — from on-site investigation through trial — she has taken more than 15 cases to jury verdict, obtaining substantial amounts of recovery for those she has represented in insurance subrogation cases

Scarlett earned her B.A. from the University of Baltimore Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
