Goldberg Segalla added Shannon Q. Sullivan to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Garden City.

Shannon counsels and defends clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, labor law, construction, and insurance cases. She handles all aspects of litigation, including preparing cases for filing; drafting motions, pleadings and briefs; conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings; and participating in depositions, hearings and mediation. Shannon draws on a background that includes insurance defense litigation as well as health care and insurance fraud. Before joining private practice, she provided holistic criminal representation to indigent persons in Suffolk County as an associate with the Suffolk County Legal Aid Society.

Shannon earned her B.A. from the State University College of New York at Geneseo and her J.D. from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
