Goldberg Segalla added Shila Bayor to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Philadelphia.

Shila advises and represents clients in a range of civil claims and disputes, ranging from casualty, construction and personal injury litigation to product, professional and premises liability cases. She is engaged in all aspects of the litigation process from inception through resolution, including defense strategy, discovery, depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and representing clients in mediation. Shila draws on experience representing construction companies, contractors, manufacturers, and insurers. While achieving her J.D. at Penn State Dickinson Law, Shila held a judicial internship with the Hon. Royce Morris in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas while also serving as a law clerk in a private law practice.

Shila earned her B.A. from Bard College and her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law.
