Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce the addition of special counsel Laura A. Colca to its Business and Commercial Practice Group in Buffalo.

With more than 20 years of experience in nearly every aspect of corporate law, Laura has overseen a wide variety of transactional and corporate matters, from daily business counseling and business formation to multimillion-dollar mergers and acquisitions. Her extensive litigation experience includes representing clients in commercial civil litigation claims in federal courts involving breach of contract issues, corporate dissolution, and trade secrets.

In addition, Laura routinely advises companies on contractual, corporate governance, and compliance matters. She is also well-versed in issues surrounding intellectual property and patent and trademark litigation.

Laura’s arrival marks another step in the expansion of Goldberg Segalla’s corporate and transactional practice.
