Goldberg Segalla added Stephanie L. McCance to the firm’s Management and Professional Liability practice group in Buffalo.

Stephanie counsels and defends a variety of executives, professionals, insurers, and other clients against alleged errors and omissions in the performance of their professional services. She is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, from inception through trial, including settlement negotiations and mediation. Stephanie has experience with medical malpractice and nursing home liability matters, as well as general liability, personal injury, premises and product liability matters.

Stephanie earned LLB and DPLP degrees at the University of Aberdeen and obtained her license to practice law in Scotland, then spent two years in an associate apprenticeship with a top tier Scottish law firm working in their Health, Safety and Corporate Crime practice and, subsequently, on the Civil Litigation team. She began practicing in New York State in 2020.
