Goldberg Segalla added Sunny C. Lapera to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial group in Baltimore.

Sunny focuses her practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. She manages all aspects of claims handling and litigation from inception through settlement negotiations, mediation and trial preparation, including discovery and investigation, depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and representing clients in dispute resolution, hearings and trials. In addition, Sunny’s experience includes insurance coverage investigation, analysis and litigation. She draws on a broad background spanning insurance, personal injury, corporate and family law. Prior to entering the legal profession, Sunny worked in the digital marketing industry as a marketing manager at one of the largest and most respected direct marketing companies located in Santa Monica, California.

Sunny earned her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
