Goldberg Segalla added Talene D. White to the firm’s Construction Litigation and Counsel practice group in White Plains.
Talene is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing clients in complex, high-stakes matters. Her practice spans a broad spectrum of claims, including construction accidents, labor law disputes, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, automobile liability, and toxic tort litigation. Talene is known for her proactive approach to resolving challenging cases, advocating on behalf of developers, contractors, engineers, architects, surveyors, construction managers, and their insurers. Licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, she regularly appears before Supreme, Appellate, and Federal Courts.
Talene earned her B.A. from The George Washington University and her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law.
