Goldberg Segalla added Tamerick M. Gilyard to the firm’s Product Liability practice group in Princeton.

Tamerick concentrates his practice on product liability matters, representing manufacturers, distributors and retailers of consumer products and industrial machinery. He is engaged in all aspects of the litigation process, including conducting and defending depositions, preparing motions and legal briefs, appearing at hearings and trials, and developing strategies to achieve the client’s litigation objectives. Tamerick’s experience also includes drafting appellate briefs and legal memoranda, evaluating case exposure, managing evidentiary records, and examining witnesses in contested administrative proceedings. Before joining the firm, Tamerick served as a judicial intern to the Hon. George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where he assisted with judicial opinions in the areas of civil rights litigation, post-conviction litigation, and complex securities litigation.

Tamerick earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
