Goldberg Segalla added associate Thaddeus J. Hubert IV to the law firm’s General Liability Practice Group in Princeton. Hubert was previously with Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP in New Brunswick.

Hubert is an experienced trial attorney who has tried more than a dozen personal injury cases to verdict. He routinely prepares cases for trial and utilizes his experience to the benefit of his clients through dispositive motions, favorable settlements, and effective trial practice when necessary. Hubert counsels and defends clients in a variety of general liability matters, with a particular focus on automobile liability, and is well versed in defending personal injury claims alleging spinal injuries, fractures, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death. He represents clients in all stages of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal. He also has experience defending claims for breach of contract, construction defect, and malpractice against lawyers and design professionals. In addition, he has extensive experience handling matters related to New Jersey’s Economic Loss Doctrine, including applying it successfully to dismiss multi-million dollar claims against his clients. Hubert received his bachelor’s in History and Government, graduating cum laude, from Connecticut College before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law.
