Goldberg Segalla added Timothy A. Jenks and Ivette Reyes to the firm’s Transportation group in Garden City.
Timothy counsels and defends clients in a variety of civil litigation matters in the trucking and transportation industry. He draws on a background handling maritime, motor vehicle, labor law, and premises liability matters from inception through trial. Timothy has successfully litigated matters throughout the five boroughs of New York City, as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and his juris doctor from the New York Law School.
Ivette concentrates her practice on trucking, transportation, and general liability matters. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, she spent more than four years as assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, where she managed felony cases from the pre-arrest stage through trial and conducted multiple hearings before judges and presentations to grand juries. Ivette earned her bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University and her juris doctor from the George Washington University Law School. While attending law school, she participated in a special program studying international human rights at the University at Oxford, studying advocacy and dissemination skills as well as human rights law.
