Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Wendy U. Nwosu and R. Will Stewart

Goldberg Segalla added associates Wendy U. Nwosu and R. Will Stewart to the firm’s Transportation group in Orlando.

Wendy focuses her practice on trucking, transportation, and general liability matters. She draws on experience defending clients in environmental law and land use, construction losses and defects, and commercial real estate litigation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside, and her juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. Throughout law school, she gained experience as a faculty research assistant in the Georgetown University Law Center Library, as an intern with the Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER), and as an intern in Georgetown’s Institute for Public Representation (IPR) Clinic in the Environmental Law Clinic. She also traveled to the Hope Orphanage in Lagos, Nigeria, as a U.S.-based volunteer, providing orphans with clothing, backpacks, school supplies, and more.

Will counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex civil litigation claims with a particular focus on trucking, transportation, and general liability matters. He concentrates a portion of his practice on real estate title litigation and coverage, drawing on experience as a claims attorney for the largest title insurance company in the United States. His background includes advising representatives, financial planners, and investment advisers in regulatory compliance. He received his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and his juris doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, Will held internships with Stadion Wealth Management and Digital Risk. He also gained experience in a hybrid accounting and finance role at Trustpoint International prior to attending law school.
