Goldberg Segalla added William H. Harkins Jr. to the firm’s Construction Litigation and Counsel group in Raleigh.
Will is a seasoned trial lawyer with a complex litigation experience including primary or secondary responsibility for numerous jury trials in both state and federal courts. He has been practicing law for more than 30 years, and is well versed in the trial and appellate defense of professional liability, product liability, premises liability, toxic tort, medical malpractice, insurance, labor and employment, and personal injury matters. Will’s clients have included hospitals, railroads, trucking companies, barge operations, petrochemical manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, coal companies, and insurance companies. In addition to defending Fortune 500 companies, he has extensive experience writing and implementing corporate policy and procedure as well as contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation.
Will earned his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
