Goldberg Segalla added Yoram Miller to the firm’s Real Estate Litigation and Title Disputes and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration groups in Manhattan.
Yoram is a commercial litigator who focuses his practice on advising and representing clients in real estate and title matters. He has managed real estate, contract, corporate, securities, fiduciary duty, intellectual property, consumer, and professional malpractice disputes for more than 25 years, representing clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations, mediations, internal investigations, and settlement negotiations. Yoram also advises clients in the real estate, financial services, telecommunications, entertainment, and other sectors on a broad range of subjects, including corporate governance, GDPR and privacy laws, creditor rights, and the enforceability of restrictive covenants.
Yoram earned his B.A. from Lehigh University and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
