Goldberg Segalla announces the promotion of partner John M. McConnell to co-chair of the firm’s national Business and Commercial practice group.

John joins Marc W. Brown as co-chair of the practice group of more than 50 attorneys. Together the team provides risk mitigation counsel and negotiation strategies to resolve pre-suit disputes and provides business-minded approaches with a focus on efficiency should litigation become necessary.

John is a trusted counselor to Fortune 500 companies and other publicly traded corporations and is renowned for his record of victories in high-stakes litigation and his acumen in motion practice and trial advocacy.
