Jonathan S. Ziss, a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s Professional Liability Practice Group, has been elected President of the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF), a national organization that brings together attorneys, claims professionals, and risk management specialists to share knowledge and bolster the defense of professional liability claims.

Jonathan previously was Vice President of the organization. Goldberg Segalla partner Albert J. D’Aquino served as the PLDF’s first President when the organization was formed in 2009.
