Jonathan S. Ziss, a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s Philadelphia office and member of the firm’s Professional Liability Practice Group, has been named lead chair of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s Professional Liability Committee.

The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) is a nonpartisan organization comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals, and attorneys. Founded in 2007, the CLM has approximately 20,000 members and fellows.

Jonathan devotes much of his practice to the representation of licensed professionals in administrative and civil proceedings. He writes on the subject of fiduciary responsibility, professional standards, and professional liability risk. He is also frequently called upon to lecture accountants, attorneys, bankers, design professionals, and fiduciaries on topics related to professional risk and claims management.
