Joseph Hanna Elected to Executive Committee of The Business Council of NYS
Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce that Joseph M. Hanna, Hiring Partner and chair of the firm’s Retail and Hospitality practice, has been elected to the Executive Committee of The Business Council of New York State.
As New York’s leading business organization, The Business Council represents the interests of large and small firms, with membership comprised of more than 3,000 companies, local chambers of commerce, and professional and trade associations.
The Council serves as an advocate for employers in the state’s political and policy-making arenas, with the Executive Committee playing a central role in guiding the organization’s mission to advocate for a better business climate across New York.

Joe is a highly experienced litigator and legal adviser recognized for his national practice in retail and hospitality and sports and entertainment law. Acknowledged nationally and regionally as an advocate and trailblazer, Joe earned the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest civil volunteerism award presented by the President of the United States (2022).
