Joseph M. Hanna Elected President of the MBAWNY

Joseph M. Hanna has been elected president of the Minority Bar Association of Western New York, Inc. for a one-year term. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Minority Bar Association of WNY Foundation.

The Minority Bar Association of Western New York, Inc. (MBAWNY) is an organization comprised of minority attorneys in Western New York, whose goals are to protect the civil rights of all people, and to enhance the legal services available to minority communities. The MBAWNY also provides scholarships and mentoring programs to students, and educational and professional support to minority attorneys and legal professionals.

Mr. Hanna is the Editor-in-Chief of the American Bar Association’s Minority Trial Lawyer newsletter. He is the chair of Goldberg Segalla’s Diversity Task Force.
