Joseph M. Hanna Named a 40 Under Forty Honoree

Goldberg Segalla is proud to announce that Joseph M. Hanna has been named a recipient of Business First’s 40 Under Forty award. The award honors 40 Western New York professionals under 40 years old for their professional success and community involvement. The 19th Annual 40 Under Forty Class, selected by a six-member panel, was honored at a luncheon on November 9th at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. Mr. Hanna is a partner of the firm and practices in commercial litigation with an emphasis on sports and entertainment law and construction law.  In 2010, Mr. Hanna was awarded the New York State Bar Association Outstanding Young Lawyer Award for his efforts to enhance diversity in the legal profession and effective leadership in community activities. Mr. Hanna’s community involvement includes his roles as founder and president of Bunkers in Baghdad and chairperson of Success in the City, a diversity networking event. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Minority Bar Association Foundation, Inc. and mentors law students at the University at Buffalo School of Law.
