In “President George H.W. Bush Remembered Fondly in Buffalo,” partner Joseph M. Hanna tells the Buffalo Law Journal about the many opportunities he’d had to meet the late president. They shared a passion for golf, culminating in 2010 when Joe was the recipient of the Daily Point of Light Award in recognition for his work with Bunkers in Baghdad, the not-for-profit charity he’d founded that sends golf equipment to U.S. troops around the world. The award was presented by the Points of Light Institute, where Bush was an honorary chairman. As part of the award, Joe received a signed letter and certificate from him.

“President Bush was great patriot of this country, a great man and his impact on the world will forever be with us as a country,” Joe said.
