Goldberg Segalla is pleased to welcome associate Kelly C. O’Connor to its Workers’ Compensation Practice Group in Syracuse. Kelly is an experienced workers’ compensation attorney who regularly appears before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board on behalf of her clients, who she defends in a wide range of claims. She has extensive experience questioning witnesses, taking depositions, drafting pleadings, and negotiating settlements.

During law school at Syracuse University College of Law, from which she earned her J.D. in 2006, Kelly held an internship with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office as its head law clerk. In that position, she prepared for and argued preliminary hearings, and researched and submitted legal briefs on criminal cases.
