In an interview with Business Insurance about COVID-19-related business interruption coverage disputes, Goldberg Segalla’s Larry D. Mason predicts insurers overall will prevail.

In the article, Larry, a partner in the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice, talks about the trend of COVID-19-related cases being decided in the insurer’s favor. He also believes pro-policyholder rulings will likely be overturned on appeal as well.

“We’re seeing more and more settled law emerging for which judges are more likely to find comfort in what is becoming the majority trend” of pro-insurer rulings, Larry said.
