Larry E. Waters Jr., a Buffalo-based attorney in Goldberg Segalla’s Civil Litigation and Trial and Retail and Hospitality practices, was selected to The Minority Bar Foundation of Western New York’s Board of Directors.  The foundation works “to ensure continued minority representation in the profession and empower these future leaders to help shape the justice system in Western New York and throughout New York State.”  

Larry serves in several leadership roles within the legal and broader Western New York community as a strong advocate for diversity in the legal profession. He is the immediate past president of the Minority Bar Association of Western New York, a Steering Committee member of the Empire State Legal Diversity Career Fair and serves on the boards of the Neighborhood Legal Services Inc. and Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative. 

Following his selection to the Board of Directors, he will expand his community involvement by assisting the foundation in its various activities such as providing mentorship, professional guidance, distributing scholarships, and more.
