Law360 Interviews Marc Voses on Insurance Implications of AI Security Incidents

In an interview with Law360 Insurance Authority, Goldberg Segalla partner Marc S. “AI risks are absolutely something that insurers are examining with great interest, especially when incidents like these are coming about,” Marc says. “The issue that AI and these new risks present are a whole host of cascading coverage issues with respect to exactly how they came about, whether or not there is coverage under the policy.”
