Matthew S. Marrone Joins Goldberg Segalla as Partner in Professional Liability Practice Group
Goldberg Segalla is pleased to welcome Matthew S. Marrone as a partner in the law firm’s Professional Liability Practice Group. He will serve clients from the firm’s Philadelphia and Princeton offices.
Mr. Marrone focuses his practice primarily on the defense of lawyers, insurance agents, and other professionals in litigation involving alleged errors, omissions, or malpractice. His experience also includes matters involving non-profit directors’ and officers’ liability, governmental liability, civil rights and employment issues, product liability, trademark/copyright infringement, and death/catastrophic injury litigation. He also frequently counsels and represents insurers in coverage disputes.
Mr. Marrone is the immediate past Chair of the Professional Liability Committee of the Defense Research Institute, the largest organization of defense attorneys in the country. He is a frequent author and lecturer for regional and national audiences on topics in his areas of concentration. He received his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Richmond and his J.D. from Villanova Law School.
