New Website Showcases Our Collaborative Approach
Goldberg Segalla introduces our new website, with an enhanced structure and design that more accurately reflects the firm’s character and commitment to client service.
With client needs firmly in mind, the site provides a more engaging and intuitive user experience that makes it easier than ever for clients and other website visitors to quickly find the right attorney, in the right place, to act as a trusted partner to help clients succeed on their terms.
“The prior website was developed pre-pandemic by an agency at arm’s-length to the firm, without meaningful input from our team, and never really reflected our culture and the collaborative approach we bring to everything we do,” said Christopher J. Belter, Goldberg Segalla Chief Operating Officer. “We genuinely partner with our clients to help them navigate challenges, put ourselves in their shoes, and take their challenges on as our own as trusted members of the team. Our brand should reflect our mission to support our clients no matter the situation. We’ve got their back. That’s now clearly conveyed on the firm’s new website.”
The firm underwent an introspective process comprised of town halls, client surveys, staff and attorney interviews, as well as a thorough review of website engagement insights to determine what is most valuable and helpful for website visitors seeking legal counsel. The firm also changed its approach to website messaging to align with how attorneys talk to clients one-on-one, as advocates who care, have the requisite industry experience, and are determined to help.
“This has been a committed, yearlong process,” said Jeannine Weber Kahabka, Goldberg Segalla Director of Marketing and Business Development. “Our deep dive revealed the traits for which we are best known, primary of which is that we are collaborative – as an internal team, and as a partner in helping our clients achieve their goals. We collaborate seamlessly to solve problems, working together with our clients, across practice groups, across our 22 offices, across the country. Our public face needed to authentically reflect that.”
