Peter J. Biging, partner and co-chair of Goldberg Segalla’s Management and Professional Liability practice group, hosts the fourth episode of “The Precipice,” a podcast series presented by the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).

The series highlights important topics in management and professional liability. Each episode features conversations with experts on the subject, including professional liability claims and underwriting executives, as well as ethicists and leading lawyers involved in the prosecution and defense of management and professional liability claims.

The guests for this episode include Mark Bunim, arbitrator and mediator for Case Closure LLC, Jennifer Lupo, managing member for Lupo Law, Arbitration & Mediation LLC, and Theo Cheng, arbitrator and mediator for ADR Office of Theo Chang.

As their titles imply, the group focuses on the nuances of successful mediation, from tactics for overcoming impasses to addressing unethical behavior and successful deal-making. This episode delves into the mechanics, art, and science of mediation.
