Peter and his guests will discuss risks presented by rapidly emerging technological advancements, evolving expectations of the role and responsibilities of management and liability professionals, changing social mores, and the shifting legal landscape. “The Precipice” will offer provocative discussions and provide listeners proactive strategies for managing emerging risks and defending claims.

The inaugural episode focuses on the ethical and professional risks of attorney advertising.
