Thaddeus Hubert Inducted into American Board of Trial Advocates
Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce that Thaddeus J. Hubert IV, a partner in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey, office, has become a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
Founded in 1958, ABOTA is an invitation-only national organization of experienced trial lawyers and judges, “dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.”
Members must have at least five years of active experience as trial lawyers, have tried at least seven civil jury trials to conclusion, and “exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity, and professionalism.”
Ted is a highly skilled trial attorney who concentrates his practice on defending general liability and product liability matters, including complex claims involving spinal, burn, and traumatic brain injuries, as well as multimillion-dollar wrongful death actions. He has defended hundreds of claims arising from automobile and trucking accidents and construction defects as well as malpractice claims targeting nurses, long-term care facilities, lawyers, and design professionals. In addition, he has extensive experience handling matters related to New Jersey’s Economic Loss Doctrine, including applying it to dismiss multimillion-dollar claims against clients.
