Zachary T. Ruetz Discusses Joining Goldberg Segalla with Law360

June 20, 2023

Zachary T. Ruetz, one of Goldberg Segalla’s newest attorneys in the Employment and Labor group, recently spoke with Law360 about joining the firm.

With comprehensive experience working on employment matters for both federal employees and private companies, Zac brings forward a unique perspective that allows him to “create value for the management side” and to properly “properly advise [clients] on what their potential exposure or liability might be.”

On joining Goldberg Segalla, Zac stated he is looking forward to broadening his horizons as part of a firm with a national presence and that he has been met with warm welcomes since beginning with the firm.

“Having those relationships not only with your colleagues within your office or within the firm, but also with the clients and having those business relationships — relationships make the world go round,” Zac explained when discussing the importance of strong professional relationships in his new role, and how he looks forward to building them.

“We are thrilled to have Zachary join our growing bench of attorneys in our practice group,” said Caroline J. Berdzik, chair of the firm’s Employment and Labor group. “His extensive experience in employment and labor litigation matters for both private clients and government entities in upstate New York is a welcome addition to that expanding market.”
