Alan V. Khlevnoy is an experienced civil litigator who counsels and defends regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, restaurants, and other businesses in the retail and hospitality industries on a variety of civil matters, including product liability, premises liability, negligent security, and general liability. He is involved in all aspects of case handling and litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, developing case evaluation reports, taking depositions, and providing representation at trial.
Alan draws on prior trial experience in high-stakes litigation gained while handling complex product liability litigation cases in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Alameda and Orange County Superior Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for companies such as stone product manufacturers, talc suppliers, electrical appliance manufacturers, and automotive brake manufacturers. Throughout his career, Alan has worked alongside renown experts in industrial hygiene, occupational health and safety, economics, and oncology.
