Experience
Alexander Sorley counsels and defends clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, personal injury, professional liability, and insurance cases. Alex handles matters from pre-suit through trial, advising clients on litigation risk, exposure and cost-benefit outcomes. Serving as handling attorney and second-chair trial counsel, he secured a favorable verdict in a jury trial. Alex also represents clients in mediation, and has delivered resolutions that align with his clients’ financial objectives.
Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Alex represented homeowners in first-party property insurance matters, providing valuable insights into the plaintiff aspects of civil litigation. He also gained four years of hands-on experience as a law clerk while in law school and before his admission to the Florida Bar.
