Allison L. Short focuses her practice on defending clients in the retail and hospitality industries in a range of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, personal injury, negligent security, and general liability claims. Drawing on her experience representing insured individuals and insurance carriers in personal injury defense, Allison partners with shopping center owners, national and multinational retailers, hotel and resort brands, fitness facilities and restaurant operators to develop defense strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
