Experience
As a member of the firm’s Global Insurance Services team, Andrew supports insurance carriers in understanding their coverage obligations regarding a wide range of first- and third-party claims. Andrew has significant policy interpretation experience, reviewing claims and tenders under various classifications of insurance, including commercial general liability, commercial auto, professional liability, umbrella and excess, environmental, liquor liability, inland marine, and event-specific policies.
Andrew also represents insurers in complex allocation and priority of coverage disputes. Additionally, he leverages his background in litigating first-party claims for policyholders to effectively advocate for insurers in coverage litigation in both state and federal courts.
During law school, Andrew served as an intern with the Hon. Glynnis D. Hill of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He also represented the City of Philadelphia as a certified legal intern at the Law Department, where he obtained summary judgments in favor of the city in tort cases.
