Anthony R. Rodriguez counsels and defends clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, ranging from general liability and personal injury claims to  and slip-and-fall and other premises liability matters. Anthony also has extensive experience litigating  automobile and trucking accidents, toxic tort, and wrongful death cases.

Anthony has also practiced construction defect litigation, professional liability and complex commercial litigation, defending developers, general contractors, architects, engineers and others in the construction industry. His background includes representing homeowners’ associations and condominium associations as well.

While earning his J.D. at the Florida State University College of Law, Anthony specialized his education in Land Use Development and Environmental Law.
