Anthony R. Rodriguez counsels and defends clients in the retail and hospitality industries on a variety of litigated matters including general liability, personal injury, and premises liability, including slip and fall claims. He has extensive experience litigating personal injury matters, automobile and trucking accidents, and wrongful death cases.

Anthony has also practiced construction defect litigation, professional liability and complex commercial litigation, defending developers, general contractors, architects, engineers and others in the construction industry. His background includes representing homeowners’ associations and condominium associations as well.

While earning his J.D. at the Florida State University College of Law, Anthony specialized his education in Land Use Development and Environmental Law.
