Experience
Braden Schlosser is an attorney in Goldberg Segalla’s Global Insurance Services practice group, where he focuses on the defense of complex insurance coverage matters. Drawing on his experience litigating a range of insurance disputes, Braden provides insurers and corporate clients with strategic guidance rooted in his understanding of legislative and litigation trends and the operational challenges facing the insurance industry.
Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Braden practiced at a midsized firm handling first-party property litigation, where he served as trial counsel. His background also includes representing major financial institutions in creditor’s rights matters as well as serving as a legal consultant to businesses in highly regulated industries, including cannabis and pharmacokinetic research.
Braden earned his J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he achieved gold-level status in the university’s Pro Bono Honor Program for his work assisting underserved individuals and communities through the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel.
