Experience
Braden Schlosser is an attorney in Goldberg Segalla’s Retail and Hospitality practice group, where he defends regional and national retailers, warehousing and logistics providers, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels and resorts in premises liability, personal injury, and negligent security matters. He represents clients throughout all phases of litigation, from developing defense strategies and managing discovery to conducting depositions, briefing and arguing motions, preparing for trial, and appearing before the court. He also draws on experience litigating a broad range of insurance disputes, including complex coverage matters.
Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Braden practiced at a midsized firm focused on first-party property litigation, where he served on the firm’s trial team in a variety of matters. His experience also includes representing major financial institutions in creditor rights cases and advising businesses operating in highly regulated industries, including cannabis and pharmacokinetic research.
Braden earned his J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he achieved gold-level status in the university’s Pro Bono Honor Program for his work assisting underserved individuals and communities through the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel.
