She represents private companies, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Cali also has extensive experience providing preventative and risk-management counseling to employers on a myriad of issues, including hiring, discipline, termination, leave of absence, and accommodations, as well as providing guidance navigating federal, state, and local laws, and drafting comprehensive and compliant policies and employee handbooks.
