Chiara M. Carni

Chiara Carni concentrates her practice on intellectual property, trademark registration and litigation. She joined Goldberg Segalla following her tenure as a research associate with the Innovation Law Center in Syracuse where her work involved reporting on and evaluating clients’ patentability potential for inventions such as medical devices, computer software, and copolymers. Passionate about the intersection of science and law, Chiara’s work also has involved drafting memoranda involving trademark and copyright disputes.
