Christopher L. Jackson counsels and defends clients regarding a variety of civil litigation matters with a focus on businesses in the transportation industry. He handles all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trials. Chris also represents manufacturers and distributors in product liability matters, including personal care products, household appliances, consumer goods, and medical devices.
Chris draws on his experience defending a variety of businesses in claims of employment discrimination and representing healthcare providers in professional liability matters. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Kay Walcott-Henderson in the Civil Division of the Mercer County Superior Court, preparing opinions on discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and for dismissal.
