Experience
Cindy Wang counsels and defends clients in a range of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, product liability, personal injury, and general liability. She is engaged in all aspects of the litigation process, ranging from discovery and investigation to depositions and court appearance, motion practice, and trials. Cindy draws on experience gained while serving as a law clerk in the Connecticut Superior Court, where she drafted bench memoranda, opinions and correspondence, assisted with trial and hearing preparation, and advised judges through research memoranda, legislative history review, and oral reports.
While studying at The George Washington University Law School, Cindy served as a student attorney in the Jacob Burns Intellectual Property & Technology Law Clinic where she drafted various utility and design patents, filed design patent applications to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and managed legal matters for clients’ intellectual property portfolios, including patent and trademark search reports.
